    Hi All, I use my car on road and track. Is there an easy way to disconnect the speedo / milometer when on track and reengage it when back on the road?

    Hi All, thanks for all of the responses. Seems to be a lot of confusion regarding the roll bar requirements. It does however appear that the rules did change in the last year or so and the Caterham track day rollbar is sufficient for the vast majority of LoT tracks, including Silverstone. I've also looked through their facebook page and seen a few caterhams with just the trackday bar at Silverstone in November- https://www.facebook.com/LotusOnTrack/photos/a.5716118661834671/5716044388508765 I have therefore joined LoT and booked Silverstone for the 13th March with an instruction session. Hopefully I'll see some of you there. Best wishes, Ben.

    Hi All, I am booked on to a couple of our trackdays in 2023 (Cadwell & Anglesey so far) but really want to go to Silverstone and note that Lotus on Track have a date in March at a relatively reasonable rate. Is anyone a member of Lotus on Track? I know Caterhams are permitted but will we be welcome? If so, is anyone going to Silverstone?

    From what I have read I really like the sound of the Taffia Fish & Chip run on 14th May but being based in Liverpool it's not practical. Travelling from this end does seem to be roughly equidistant (Chepstow to Aberdyfi 113 miles / 3 hours & Appleton Thorn to Aberdyfi 100 miles / 2 hrs 30 min) and the roads would seem to offer a similar attraction. Is this something that has been done before? If not, would anyone be up for it? Would the Taffia area be okay with it?

    Road Road bar from 2017 S3 for sale. No issues with it, just been replaced by Oakmere for a trackday rollbar. A new rollbar is £210 so am looking for around £100. Can be picked up from Liverpool or I could bring it to a LADS / MADS meeting.

    Hi, I have a four point harness so the thread for fitting the seat belt is open. Is there a cap that that screws in to the thread to cover? Caterham parts have this blanking cap (https://caterhamparts.co.uk/other-grommets/241-seatbelt-blanking-cap-17mm-shoulder-mounts.html) but this appears to fit over the fittings when a seatbelt is in use. Thanks.
