DOes anyone have a part number (or know to which production car I can find these fitted) a TPS with a blade drive, approx (8mmx1.5mm) - The Lotus Esprit TB's I've fitted to my 7 have this method, as oposed to the 'D' drive which is fitted to most of Henry ford's Plenums - TPS.

Just about finished my car need a map suitable for standard 2 litre Zetec on TB's, the one supplied with the ecu has one for a zetec with 285 cams. Anyone know whether this will be OK for my engine?

I made a 2 part foam seat for mine just like the racing boys, the fibreglass body tub seat moulding is perfect for this. the seat doesn't look very good but it gives me the max possible length for my legs. I don't have your 🙆🏻problem so can't comment on that 😬

I used a sierra DOHC clutchplate & cover and a pinto[rs2000] release bearing you can also use dohc starter motor, depending on who's exhaust manifold you are using, either normal or Automatic. use 1800zetec water pump, and a 890mm belt

I fitted a sierra 2000dohc - plenty of room and this alternator has the correct pulley *thumbup*, and they are cheap 😬 😬 I made up my own bracket out of 1inch sq pipe - easy, and used a 890 length belt 3.90pounds from halfords - sorted

Anybody suggest the easiest way of achieving this on an S4, need to do it coz I've fitted a 5 speed type 9 box to replace the 3 rail 2000E.

I'm currently doing this conversion to my car, what speedo cable did you use, mine has the wrong fitting for the type 9 gearbox?

Have a New/Unused Burton part number FZ663A Zetec 65mm depth Alloy Weber fit inlet manifold, I bought it by mistake, My TB's do not have standard weber flanges. It cost 125&VAT& Post, looking for 100. or swop for 2 new/unused Yoko AO21r's 185/70/13's.

Done most of the graft involving the above swap, now fitting all the fiddly bits, and have just noticed that the gearbox end of the speedo cable is different on the type 9 - 5 speed box to the original Bullet 4 speed, anybody know which standard cable will fit?? ie. A Smith's speedo screw on connector at one end, and a circlip fitting on the gearbox end.
