i had same problem. 13 and 14" tyres do not fit under 15" stays. you can just about bend the stays or buy the correct stays.

I want to remove the oil catch tank from my 1.8 k series. The existing hose comes out of the side of cam cover. What do I need to do with this? I presume it just gets shortened and connected to plenum where there is a blanked off hose.

many thanks all - they were indeed under the steering rack gaiters. now to fit the new top wishbone ball joints!

Need to adjust my front wheel alignment BUT. cant find a "flat" on the steering rod. Does this mean i have to undo the ball joint and rotate that or can i use very tight mole grips on the steering rod?

Trying to replace my front wing stays but i cant remove the nut holding the top link ball joint to the stay. It goes so far and then the ball joint stud thing just spins round. How do I stop it spinning to do the nut up or undo. It doesnt have an allen key slot on the bottom of ball joint stud!!

Has anybody used an oil filter sandwich plate for oil pressure ad temp senders on a k series. Seems a really simple option or am i missing something?

Hi All, If this has been done before please forgive me. I have a 2003 roadsport with 5 speed gbox and cr500 195/45/15 tyres The speedo reads 10mph fast. It is a caerbont but with 4 pins at the rear. Can anyone tell me exactly how to recalibrate the speedo as I'm totally confused by other posts.
