  1. Can anyone offer some guidance here - looking to replace the clutch arm pivot in my Type 9 gearbox housing after rebuild but the part supplied by redline and available on the Caterham Parts / Burton Power websites are a different design.

The replacement parts supplied don’t appear interchangeable as it is a different diameter, the current one also appears a better design if I can source.

I assume mine is worn and needs replacing, can anyone point me in the direction?

  2. Just discovered the plastic cap on my starter solenoid is cracked with copper terminals showing.

From past threads it looks like the solenoid can be replaced, any recommendations on where to source one from?

Alternatively, any recommendations on auto electricians in the Worcester area that could service?

Also interested if anyone has a spare solenoid or starter on the shelf I could buy.

    Thanks!

  3. Just fitted a new RH driveshaft which has a reluctor ring fitted - old one didn't.

Problem is the reluctor ring fouls the mount for the rear ARB.

Any tips on how to remove the reluctor ring or other work around?

  4. Hi, trying to make my mind up on an LSD, lots of good info on this thread regarding SPC and Titan.

Have talked to Steve @ SPC and understand the merits of SPC and understand the fit and forget economics - but I'm still struggling to justify the cost!

One option I've got is a used ZF in a Sierra housing from a Caterham... can anyone comment on how a ZF compares to a Sintered Titan in terms of noise and durability?  I think Steve said his diff was based on a ZF design...

  5. Has anyone got a set of shiftlights surplus to requirements?  Aces preferred.

Need to be good working order - but not worried about cosmetic imperfections!

Please message me if you have anything suitable.

    Thanks
