depending upon tyres being used etc, 120mm is quite low.
135mm under the chassis / front engine mount is quite common when using 13" 185/60/13 and should also provide circa 75mm under sump / gearbox and level ish wishbones.

Sensible and conventional mounting point is to remove the nearside horn and use the chassis stud to mount the T piece.
you could also use sellotape, chewing gum or cable ties ....

Had my FIA bar done a few months ago, local powder coater outside Cardiff, who had done my wishbones before, he quoted£40 cash. Blast, passivate (sp?) type coat and powder coat in RAL number paint.
ps - he did all my wishbones, arb and trailing arms for £60.

sorry if this has been covered but mine was a little reluctant to start until i balanced the roller barrels, now it's 2seconds and away from cold .

there is also an alternative breather plate with the means to attach a length of hose or filter to. It's a good mod as there is lots of crap getting in the gearbox otherwise.

a search for dry sump belt L225 pulls up this :
http://www.redlineengines.com/store/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=296
which indicates it's a GM dry sump belt
search for 05213 belt pulls up the GM timing belt
is there a similarity with your belt the first link ?

following my exprience I agree with rob above, i made a cover for the oil cooler when used on the road and finally removed the cooler and thermostatic plate all together.
-
oil expands and that is why you should correct the level when hot as per the handbook.
