I've got pair of 7" headlamps you can have for cheep... you'll have plenty of spare bits then.

It's worth checking, mine was miles out. We've got a torque calibration machine at my place of work so it was easy for me, hopefully that's your issue.

I always do them to 50lb/ft with standard studs. Never had an issue. Is your torque wrench correctly calibrated?

I've managed 6000 miles on my CR500's, I reckon about another 500 miles left in them too. 155bhp driving through 8" rears, I like to think I'm a fairly spirited driver too. All road miles though, my first track day is in January.

My car is on 60k and I'm about to replace all the bushes, wishbone bushes are definitely past their best, the back end seems ok but I'm certain I'll notice an improvement. You've spent a decent amount on your Nitrons so it has to be worth the relatively small investment to be sure you are getting the best out of the suspension. £96 for a complete set of bushes from Caterham. 

They are easy enough to replace with either a proper bush tool or a press of some sort although it can also be done with a combination of old sockets, a vice, threaded bar etc.

Worth also getting a geometry/flat floor set up after everything has been replaced too.

I've already got two so not really after a full set, keep me posted if you decide to split!

I'm after a cheapish pair of 6" wide 8 spoke (superlight) wheels for track day tyres, condition/colour not important as long as they are not bent/cracked.
