Great yours is on the road, almost exactly the same time too, spooky premonition all that months ago! I am planning a trip down to Bruntingthorpe this year for a Don Palmer course so will try and time it so there is a 7 meet on also got Knockhill in July for a tuition session as well as Alford festival of speed and a couple of runs round the NC500 planned. Totally smitten now with the car, the power is exhilarating, sensory overload the first time out in it but settled a bit today and got in to the drive more. I just want to keep driving just now!!

Passed it's IVA, on route north on Thursday!

Spotted what looked like a Superlight from a good few cars back today on Longman road. It was a fair distance though so quite hard to tell. Looked nice though

Spoke to Jordan at Caterham today and delivery is scheduled for the 26th May but still to be confirmed Three weeks to wait and it can't come soon enough!

Ordered some protective film today from Dave at PPG, will get that fitted whilst I am waiting on the DVLA registration to get sorted. 10 days to the IVA, fingers and toes are crossed that there are no issues!

It's a great family car too, having 5 seats is handy as our Merc only has four so none of the kids pals can come to outings etc and if herself is off to work I can't see her taking the 620R. Leaving us without a decent family car that doubles up as a hooning car for the bad days as you say. I test drove the C63 which are fantastic machines but a lot of power through the rear wheels for a family car, a GTR maybe? For now I know what I have with the Audi so will stick with it for a while yet. Well I ended up regretting it more and more and pulled out of selling, I just had no idea what to replace it with I feel awful reneging on a done deal but he was a proper gent about it thankfully, I have promised to offer him first dibs when it does go. It has had way too much spent on it to part with at this time. Thanks to the posters above who both regret selling theirs, I know what you mean.

Insurance sorted so its just a waiting game now! Provisionally sold and deposit taken. I will miss the car, they are absolutely brilliant all round family cars, even the missus was doubting selling it. If it didn't go for the duration of the advert I hadn't really planned to renew. The prospective owner is coming all the way from Essex and also has a Caterham

I spoke with Caterham today and as long as the car passes it's IVA it can be delivered, I won't be allowed to use it though until the registration process has been completed and the actual number plate entered on to the MID database. All I will be able to do is look at it! It will be rubbish having a car like that sitting in the garage and not legally allowed to put any miles on Fingers crossed that everything goes OK and it gets through the DVLA process before my next work trip starts if not it will be a further 4 weeks before it gets used.

There was no warning either at all, the car was serviced recently too.

Thanks Dave, It has had all 3 items done, The clutch and flywheel were replaced when the new engine went in, oil coolers have maybe done 5000 miles and the DRC suspension was replaced with KW Variant 3's. The failure was one of the screws holding an inlet flap coming loose and worked in to the cylinders scoring them beyond repair. It has a huge dealer history and all receipts to back it up, it has been looked after with no expense spared at all and must be one of the best on the market.

I am selling my RS4 after almost three years of ownership. It has a brand new warrantied engine and a load of other bits. My new car goes in to production this coming week and delivered in May hopefully and I can't wait to get behind the wheel. After winning it back in October it seemed to be a long way away from actually ordering to delivery but it's now only another work trip away. Picture was taken from Caterham's website and I will post any updates as and when they come here. My one is coming in white and black stripes but with only an aero screen rather than a windscreen so fingers crossed for a few sunny days up north!
