Does anyone know if there's camping and food available the evening before?
Not sure that I'm getting club emails
Cheers Brian

I have a colleague possibly looking for one of these, he suffered a potential valve failure last week.
I'll send a pm to put him in touch

Yuasa U1. I think that the R refers to the terminal orientation

188 x 122 at the base. Great battery so far, 2 years and lots of standing still. Runs my Caterham Crossflow, Grey Fergie and ride on lawnmower 😁. Halfords

Great idea Paul
Does anyone know if that is stable enough on the small diameter screw when driving reasonably fast on a long straight? In other words, has anyone done it and it hasn't fallen off?

I'm meeting a friend in France for a trackday in his French Seven. He only has sidescreen mirrors which are not very good. Ideally I would take a pair of side mirrors that I could securely clamp onto the windscreen stanchion - fit in my hand luggage, no drilling, no modification or damage to his car, and most importantly, they work!!
Any ideas folks?
Thanks in advance

Looking forward to hearing how they performed as I may need a solution by the end of the month. Fingers crossed 🤞

Brian, it would foul your clamshell wings I think ( you do have clams I think). I fitted a similar one to my vx with clams and had to modify the wing to clear. Check….
Indeed I did, but now on aluminium cycle wings. However, it may be more interesting to fabricate an aluminium air box rather than modify a carbon unit. I only want an air box to suppress intake noise as opposed to performance and great looks

Mmmm, I wonder if that airbox might be able to be modified for a crossflow? Could you send me more photos and principal dimensions?
Many thanks in advance.

I found my post from 2021 and I have a tall cage that was fitted to a 1989 dedion.

I'm pretty sure that I have a tall imperial cage, I'll check at the weekend. Is the car dedion or live axle? Cheers Brian

Does anyone have a single usable Avon Turbo Speed CR28 185/60 13 tyre for track day use? I just need one to make a set of 4.

Great buy, and I would, but no "on the shelf" space left ☹️

94dB is amazingly quiet

Nmanning is selling a 1800 Crossflow with a Raceco silencer giving 94dB. I noticed that the inlet to the silencer is not central. Do anyone know what the internals look like?

Message sent with email and mobile.

I've been informed of the following:
Camping is available but there is not normally catering. There is a bike trackday on until 8pm on Monday evening so you will need to keep out of their way when pitching your tent but the cafe will be open until 8pm on this occasion.
