  1. I'm interested. Do you have any photos and ditto the long nose question.
  2. Machine Mart do a very compact 1/2 drive digital Torque Adaptor with range 30-360Nm (£43.19) that can be used with a Breaker Bar. Needs a bit of getting used to the setting up but cheaper than buying a stand alone wrench with the range required.
  3. Nice to meet up with the competitors yesterday and well done for not giving me any problems as Post Marshal out on the circuit! Some impressive times recorded as well. Good luck to all of you in your Championship ambitions!
  4. I think they must have found another way onto the circuit....................
  5. A lot of the Bristol and Bath guys go to Harbour Garage in Portishead (I can personally recommend them to). They are very familiar with Caterhams and will MoT correctly for this type of car. Harbour Rd, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7BL 01275 845000 Brian
  6. For those of you coming to the L7 Track Day at Castle Combe on Tuesday 16th April and need accommodation the night before I have negotiated special rates for Club Members at 2 B&B which are very close to the circuit. Both are well used to accommodating competitors and their cars (including with trailers). These prices include breakfast, free wifi and plenty of parking for cars with trailers. There is also a great pub that does food in walking distance (The Neeld Arms) If you need any help booking or more info don't hesitate to contact me.
  7. I installed mirrors from merlin motorsport (the convex version) using the guide below. The most import part is using a depth gauge to measure the depth of the hole and then using a correct length screw. You need to have a full set of taps to ensure getting the thread down the full length of the hole. Also a bit of loctite on the installed screws does not go amiss https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=1262850
