I too did this job 2 days ago. I fitted  the spacer on the lowered floor then the stepped spacer on top with the wavey  washer on it along with the belt mount then slid it all under the bracket on the rear bulkhead and fed the bolt up from under the car then fitted the plain washer and lock but. I figured the nearer the belt mount to the bulkhead bracket the stronger it would be. Simples.

Shouldn't  the kill switch kill everything ?

This looks like a good move to smarten up milky  carbon fibre wings.

See the post above#15 that's the type I have works perfectly ,have got a carpeted block on the lifting plate so it clears my front numberplate and also gives a couple of extra inches lift,for trackdays it's so quick to lift the car for wheel changes.

Yes the jack I bought second hand was from you with the block of wood and "new"carpet fitted.Works brilliantly no more pushing the car onto planks of wood etc.

definitely worth its weight in gold.

Would a quick lift Jack work.I got a second hand one best thing I have ever bought,excellent at home invaluable  on trackdays. 

I think I will try a 33-2036 as ChrisC has suggested.

I am going to replace the paper air filter element on my 2015 2.0 Litre Duratec 360 R .Can anyone tell me the number for the K&N equivalent and the cheapest place to order one from.

My carbon fibre cycle wings are looking a bit faded with water mark's etc. I was wondering if anyone had explored the possibility of having graphic film applied .I would like to know how it would stand up to the elements and whether it would be better than my current wings which mark every time it rains.Cost would also obviously be a factor.

The sump drain plug is on the drivers side of the sump on a 360 curated.Retorque to 34Nm

The zetec one I have ordered uses a rubber seal, that's why I have also ordered 10 spare seals.

Ford zetec sump plug and 10 washers ordered from SmartEarlyBird for the princely sum of £7 30p.

Does anyone know what the sump plug is from on a Duratec with wet sump. Caterham do not list it and I expect it would be a  extortionate price anyhow.

Does anyone know where to get a wilwood  clutch master cylinder cap seal for a 2015 supersport R ( Duratec).Caterham only seem to sell the whole cap for £22.20p.

No diff whine in my 2015 Supersport R with BMW diff.No idea what oil is in it.

Have just signed up to the My Route App and I must say I am impressed.As an oldie  I am not too good with technology  so for me to be able to export a route to my Garmin is a major acheivement. I have tried in the past with different systems but never had any success.

I have question however,I have put the 2018 Fish &Chip run onto my satnav, If I use it from the start in Chepstow when I get to Aberdovey can I use it in reverse to come back to Chepstow ?

The forward mounting bolt on my radius arms seems to loosen after a few Tds
