I have just recieved an email from Anglesey saying that the Committee has instructed the entries secretary that he should not have allowed us to reserve garages ahead of time as it is not fare on other competitors. However they have allocated us two garages which i'm in the process of paying on line for. In order to be fare I will review the order in which requests were recieved for the first 16 places. Of course I can't tell anyone not to try and book additional garages so if you check the regulations when they get emailed out you may be able to reserve an extra garage......... I've asked the entries secretary to reconsider, however I don't hold much hope. Whilst I can give my apppoligies this does not really help......

So following feedback so far this season i'll be tweeking the format of Championship book for next year. this will give us extra room for information about each venue, together with pearls of wisdom, or even just some light hearted micky take So if you can recommend any hotels, B&B, Camping, places to eat, or places to avoid, then please email me with them. If your fellow competitors have come up with any pearls of wisdom this year then please let me know (I especially like Rob Spencers Harewood pearl of wisdom this year "Rob Spencer says : I hav'nt a clue what i'm doing"), or if you do know what your doing and can suggest any changes to the circuit guide sections then please feel free to draft an alternative. you'll notice we are trying to update the various course maps so if you are artisitic, feel free to let me know which venue is your favorite, any format accepted, digital or pen& ink etc. The championship book is only as good as the information which we all put in, and what might seem to be common knowledge to you will be new information for those joining the championship or even some of the existing competitors.

sorry graham I was replying to the original topic regarding the consultaiton, rather than the ratified rule change. but I think that the rule change may have a massive impact, as if they do inisit on a sticker then mine cage will have to come off and a standard FIA bar go back on......

For Completness, we have recieved as part of the August Consultation email the following ;- While writing I would like to take the opportunity of updating you in regard to the previous proposals for the removal of List 1B tyres from the Road going classes. An Action is attached which clearly identifies that this proposal has been withdrawn. However please be aware that there is a Tyre Panel meeting next month, prior to the Sprint & Hill Climb Sub-Committee, when the manufacturers will be updating the MSA with the information which will then enable the MSA to clearly identify, which List 1B or not, can be retained.
