  1. I can offer any club member a set of 4 brand new 185 and 205s fitted but removed for £340.00 delivered.

Not business - I just have a set lying around after I bought a chassis that they came with.

  2. Shaun.  245 do fit fine on 8.5" rims.

I had them on the Ecoboost car you may remember.  They were same offsets as I have now.

until you do a back to back test on the same day with different set up it's always going to be something in your mind asking that question.

I have always been one for the biggest contact patch possible but I have no evidence that I am correct.

I can supply all the Avon tyres and will hopefully get them listed on the website tomorrow.

  3. We now have an exchange BMW Diff already fitted with a Tracsport LSD.

Idea is you can purchase this and have it with you for a same day swap.  Once the old one is out send it to us so we can prep the next one.

We can also do this for Ford.

  5. Our CiC (Cat in Can) exhausts are made for us by Edwards Motorsport.  Mike over there will help you out.  He keeps the 71/4" end caps that suit the mandrel we have to produce the Carbon Composite skins.

You won't want full carbon as it won't like the heat.  You will need to have at a very minimum the 71/4" silencer so as to provide at least 1" of insulation around the CAT.

  6. After chatting with the current Social Media Guru *phone* on the weekend I have delved into the depths of my computer files to find the Awards video I produced for that year.

Its particularly relevant in that following this video being shown at the awards Adrian Williams, Mark D, Shaun and Gill, Kevin Evans, Rob Margel and even Troublemaker all decided to purchase Ohlins.  I brokered the deal.  Did not make a penny of course but it sparked an idea..........

What got me giggling tonight was Mr Price "Snr"  *clap*  Some things never change *whistle* and then to top it all Miss Price clearly follows in dads footst....Tyre tracks!

I am sure it will be uploaded soon once I dub out the then overlooked use of playlist songs.

Now to find the 2009 DVD!

  7. No but I have one on the shelf if needed.

Anything is possible with this car.  Happy to work around the spec.

I could fit a new reverse box and prop shafts depending on the offer as I can re use the existing in the new car.

  8. Hi Andrew. Thank you.

It is actually a very very easy car to drive fast on road and track.  It's superbly well balanced and very neutral.

I have a brand new chassis that I am building into something a little different, concentrating on weight rather than power. Significantly less capacity but significantly more RPM! 14k !

It has taken much thought and consideration back and forth about selling this car.

it's been on the cover of Low Flying twice! Not in its current colour scheme though.

  10. I think tyres should always be open to choice. Open and inclusive to all.

I understand the gentleman's agreement but then as Alan pointed out above others spend lots more on engine or practice or even competing at more events.  Some even buy special dampers!  Who would have thought.

I am not sure I could compete on the ZZS if I knew there was another tyre legal but faster.  It is a race after all where we should all use every effort to go as fast as possible.

  11. If the 13/9 split is how the numbers fall then my reasoning does not apply.

    Happy days.

I am not sure about the reverse gear - you can not remove its necessity if MSA rules say it must be fitted.. Don't get me wrong it will be great if not required.

    10.9. Transmission

10.9.1. For Road Cars-and Standard Cars, the reverse gear must remain operable at all times.

10.9.2. For all other Categories a reverse gear is recommended
