Valves £250 (new REC) £160 (new VHPD) Springs £82 (Piper) secondhand VHPD £20 Caps £50 (Piper) 5 (secondhand if using hydraulic cams) Collets £10 Cams £310 (new) £150-200 good secondhand. Followers £64 new hydraulic, £280 new solid Shims (if reqd) £3 each Cam seals £20 Stem seals £24 Ladder bolts £20 I have a pair of VHPD cams here and several sets of VHPD valves, springs and caps, I am sure you could source them elsewhere, Paul Aram has a set of cams, springs and caps, you can use converted hydraulic followers with those.
