Big Brother Posted June 26, 2004 Share Posted June 26, 2004 A Roger King engine is a big plus point as the standard Supersprint engines has one or four weak spots (pistons) The RK 155 conversion is nigh on bulletproof, will have stronger/lighter forged pistons, a genuine 155bhp and is built by one of the most highly thought of engine builders for the Crossflow. Tiff Posted June 28, 2004 Share Posted June 28, 2004 I had this conversion on my last car. (P840 WKH) It started life as a 1.6l 100bhp, and went to 1.8l 155 bhp by Roger King (4 gears). It was more torquey, easier to drive, and on road running had better petrol consumption. Performance was excellent.
