Britspud
Hi All - I'm still in build phase, although making good progress at last. I'm going to fit the carbon bow tube protectors while I haven't put the seats in yet. I was ready a very useful blog about the fitment (thanks CTRMint https://www.caterham7diaries.com/post/caterham-cars-carbon-bow-protectors) and it shows him drilling the extra hole for putting this external popper/stud on once the new protector was in place. What's that popper for? It doesn't seem to be for the doors, which fasten on a popper inside. Probably a really daft newbie question! 😉 Thanks, J. Tony P
Tonneau cover. (If we are thinking of the same stud.) Not a daft question at all if you are new to the Seven - there so many details you are faced with for the first time. Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted March 1 Leadership Team Share Posted March 1 Isn't this the forward most popper for the full hood?
Tony P
Yes, I suppose it's that too. I switched to a half-hood a long time back and, at my age, it's easy to forget...!
Britspud
Ok many thanks for all the replies. I guessed it might be the tonneau or something like that, but didn't realise that the full hood has a popper position aligned with that one. I'll check it again with my full hood...thanks again 🙂
