Ally wing protectors: flip to reverse side on opposite side? Anyone tried it?

So that's put each wing protector on the other wing, with the inside facing out.

Clearly so bending / forming will be involved. I am thinking first flatten them under something heavy (roll the car over them?) and then form them by bolting to each wing.

Probably no coming back if it doesn't work.

K series ones are different sizes as the fibreglass wing by the exhaust has a bit notched out.

Can I suggest you preform the protector prior fitting stress free to reduce chance of wing stress fracturing over time.

Is it because they are scratched or pock marked. If so can you not remove them the refinish by abrasive wheel and polishing or similar.

I wouldn't try this Anthony. I 'd find a metal worker who will cut some new ones for you.
