Peltor headsets for comms

I'm looking for a pair of Peltor headsets with boom mic for use with an Autocom comms kit.  They need to have 13mm DIN plug (i.e. original size, not mini-DIN) connectors and will probably be yellow!

The yellow ones are Peltor Optime 1 ear defenders. Thet are too shallow to house the speaker in the cup, so the speakers press on your ears and are very uncomfortable. Better off buying Optime 2 or 3 ear defenders and the Autocom boom mic and speaker kit and fitting it yourself using a hot melt glue gun.

I have a pair of the Peltor Optime 1 ear defenders if suitable.

You can remove the parts from Optime 1 and fit into 2 or 3 if your experience is the same as ours

Ian - Thanks, I'm aware.  I've already got a set of the yellow Peltor 1s and need another set.  It's the DIN connector size that matters.  Cheers.

PS If you can get me an Autocom boom mic and speaker kit, then I'd be keen to follow your suggestion.

Alas, Chainspeed don't have any either.  (Sheesh, Chainspeed are hard to get hold of too ...)  Apparently, they're trying to develop some from an alternative source of supply, but they probably won't be 13mm DIN, so not ideal anyway.
