Support Team rob spencer Posted April 7, 2022 Support Team Share Posted April 7, 2022 I was just doing a bit of homework before the Gurston Down event (not really) and I noticed that the Google satellite image of the farm had lots of Caterhams on it. Looking a bit closer and delving into my memory banks, it looks to me like an aerial photo of last years event. Not sure if the image is Saturday or Sunday though
Member Jonathan Kay Posted April 7, 2022 Member Share Posted April 7, 2022 The date stamp seems to be 18/7/2021, which was Sunday. But it's the first time that I've ever played with that so I'm not certain.Jonathan

Member Jonathan Kay Posted April 7, 2022 Member Share Posted April 7, 2022 In Google Earth Pro there's a slider that shows the year. If you click that there's a dialog box that sets a time window. I played with that to make the Sevens appear and disappear. I suspect that there's a slicker method...Jonathan

Alan Bowler
Good spot. Was Saturday early morning. My tow car was parked nose to nose with the 7 for most of the rest of the day keeping the battery charged, and I cam see it in the paddock on Google. Was a good day.
