Stephen Long
good afternoon all, I have decided to enter a few sprints this year. The first event is Goodwood. I understand I will be assigned a buddy which will be very helpful on the day.I would really appreciate having a chat with someone before the event who has done all of this before to make sure I don't turn up on the day having forgotten something important. Thank you in advance Longy.
robmar
Stephen - what class are you running in and where in the world are you, probably good to get someone in the same class and if local to you maybe able to help with pre event questions (which you can ask here)Goodwood is not a bad place to start, it is very fast though, but very well organised and supported by CL7 members.Rob

Membership Secretary
Welcome to class 1!I am happy to give advice too.I suppose that the important thing is no to double check you have all the kit and arrive in plenty of time. Once there, the others in the same class can nudge you in the right direction when its time to get ready.Simon

Steve Causey
Welcome to class 1!. Myself and John Clarke both run in Class 1 and have entered Goodwood so happy to help out on the day.Usually it's possible to drop your car off at the circuit the day before. If you're planning on doing so I'd advise getting there between 16:00 and 17:00. One year I showed up at 18:45 and everything was locked up.Look forward to meeting you.Steve
Stephen Long
Good evening Guys, I am blown away by your generosity and I am certainly looking forward to Goodwood. I will be in touch with all at various stages with lots of silly questions. Longy
Drumster
Longy, as long as you realise that the only daft question is the one you don't ask, then you won't go far wrong
