finmac
Wondered if there's a trailer out there that will take an SV while still fitting into a single garage?
pugwash
I have a Brian James TT Minor that does exactly that. Mine doesn't have the folding front hitch but still fits in the garage.

finmac
Thanks guys, I have 215s so suspect it won't fit!
7 wonders of the world
Rims are the same so you might find they fit.or bag yourself a pair of spacesaver wheels from a breakers yard for transporting, assuming you have room for the rear wheels in the tow vehicle. pugwash
TT Minor bed is 12ft by 6ft5. (3.6 x 1.96). https://www.clubscuderia.co.uk/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=53187&d=1197901737I see Brian James still make this style but not in this size. pugwash
This thread has reminded me that I was contemplating selling the trailer this year. Given #1 you are in Glasgow and the trailer is on the Isle of Wight that might not be so convenient for you! Anyway in the unlikely event you are interested, PM me for more info. L7 FST
PRG used to make a trailer very similar in concept to the BJ TT. Here's mine below, with my superwide Freestyle aboard. Overall width of the PRG is 200cm (less than a Minno) and length around 480 - good fit in a standard garage. Mine too will likely be for sale in a couple of months time. It's been brilliant, but I think I'm falling for the charms of a Raceshuttle - even though that certainly won't go in the garage....
Support Team rob spencer Posted February 14, 2022 Support Team Share Posted February 14, 2022 Apologies. I've just checked and my rear tyres are 215s, not 205 as I said earlier, and that gives me about 10mm total spare width on a Minno Max. The bed width is 1.71m and the total width from wheel arch to wheel arch on the trailer is 2.06m
tjuniper
I have an SV in a single width (double length) garage and highly recommend the Bateson PT32 trailer. The pictures on their website show it with rails but just don't order those. The car fits perfectly with a few cm each side and space to walk around the trailer in the garage. I installed a post with a tow ball on it in the garage so I can load and unload the car without having to move the trailer but that is helped greatly by the garage being double length. The car sits on the trailer when in the garage.
7 wonders of the world
Daft question but how wide is your garage door - they do vary
tuvok4711
not sure if available in the UK but in Germany and Austria the "Pongratz L-AT 350 G-K" is quote common. Being just over 2meters wide and 5m long, it can carry a load of approx 1000kg plus you can tilt it so the angle to load lowflying cars is not a problem.e.g. https://pongratztrailers.com/anhaenger/l-at-350-g-k-2/
