Flanged tensioner roller for K series dry sump system.  New in bag never fitted.  As per this item: https://caterhamparts.co.uk/dry-sump/1198-flanged-idler-pulley-r500-oil-pump-drive.html?search_query=flanged&results=3 except finished in silver/aluminium natural colour.  Supplied direct by Titan. Costs new £89.77 from CC parts shop.  They wear out over time with the back of the D/S belt running over them.
