twincamtim
The main exhaust connector clip has become slightly loose. I noticed it was blowing a bit on a recent blat and on checking it on cold it is slightly loose - I can wobble it from side to side a tiny bit. What sort of tightness should it be? I don't want to break something!/sites/default/files/images/users/10017/Exhaust%20clip.jpg
SM25T
It wants to be tighter than a bit loose. You need to lean on the ratchet handle pretty hard.
revilla
Yes I don't know if there's a torque specification for it but if not it needs a good grunt!
ECR
I’d loosen it first and then a dab of grease/oil on the threads as stainless stuff tends to gall when you tighten it causing you to think it’s tight when it isn’t....
