Comp Sec Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 I have been asked for guidance on entries for Castle Combethe first 10 entries from us will have received an email advising that there entry is acknowledged and accepted. This means you have an entry to the event.all others will have received an email only acknowledging your entry. Once the closing date has been reached any remaining spaces on the event are allocated in the order the entries were received. Only at this point will you receive another email advising if your entry has been accepted or declined.as you are aware Castle Combe is a very popular event and for several years we have struggled to obtain a good number of entries. if we fail to be allocated 20 or more places this year the event will be at risk of not appearing on next years calendar.
