Julian H
I have now done two K series engine swaps, both times leaving the gearbox in. The car was an SV. How much more difficult is it to do the job on an S3? And will I need to take the gearbox out this time?Cheers
SM25T
The space in an SV is cavernous compared to an S3. Anything is possible ... beware your knuckles.
CharlesElliott
You can do it the same way on an S3, no problem. Only challenge is aligning the gearbox spline on the way back, but that's basically the same as the SV.
