Mark w
For anyone else thinking about doing this I have a brand new ( well 200 mile ) set of these ( still in the boxes ) that I will sell for the right price . Mine are specially valved for the Caterham by Simon Rogers ( Meteor Motorsport ) and the rear springs are a two spring progressive set up with intermediate collar . The springs are standard colour ( light blue )I ran them for a month on my R400 before I decided to sell it and no longer have a need for them .PM me if interested . Sorry for the momentary hijack Daniel !

Markiebabes
The make a big differance to car can't rate them highly enough DanielLoving the colour change BTWTry 7 clicks from hard front and 10 clicks from hard rear (track use) softer if wet 14 front and 20 rear on the road works for me but worth adjusting on the fly to see what suits your driving style Also the bottom fixing bolt treat this as a consumable i've had one SHEAR ! happy blatting
