Rex
My 2002 SV has a blown ignition switch. The symptoms were that it would catch momentarily and then shut off. I thought it wasn't getting any fuel, but that turned out not to be the case. Since my engine is a U.S. spec Zetec, I thought I would be looking for a Ford part, but it is a Rover unit. On the side of the switch are the numbers 0202. I sent an E-mail to Red Line and told them that if they have it I would need some keys as well. I thought I'd pass this on in the hopes that it will be of help to someone else. Looking under the dash, it appears to be a simple job but we'll see.... If I jiggle the key in will eventually start, but then I have to keep my hand on the key for it to keep running.
Wrightpayne
i had the same and was able to source a land rover defender switch only from Rimmer Brothers and replace into the original lock barrel. Ian
