Guest
Anyone familiar with the Freestyle in board suspension set up, or for that matter the CSR? Is ride height adjusted via the pushrods or the shock spring platforms? Cheers
ruff seven
A quick way for 5-10 mm adjustment on the pushrods, If they have enough thread in the joints, but ideally corner weighted on the platforms.
Tony Whitley
I needed to raise mine after fitting CR500s and the spring platforms were already at the limit. After smashing the sump I realised I could also adjust ride height with the push rods
Guest
Excellent, thanks both. Tony, is yours the 2.3 Duratec? if so, do you have the small tubular sump gaurd bolted accross the front of the sump/block? Mine grounded out slightly yesterday and looks a bit too low, so i've raised it by one turn on both front shock platforms. Shouldnt affect the handling (hopefully) and gives me a little more confidence on bumby roads.
