It looks like the element clips into the motorised part of the housing and the mirror is bonded on. What can I use to stick it back in place? I guess the adhesive needs to expand at the same rate as the mirror glass and conduct the element heat through... charlie_pank Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 My guess is that whoever glued it on in the first place didn't care as much about the thermal expansion as you do, thus any old Bostik will probably do as good a job as they did...
