Bumble
Argh, what a Wally, I only had to replace 2 switches but got majorly distracted and managed to leave the fia key in, have a wire touch the dash edge and blew the rhs lights fuse. Car is an 07 k series. Can I just check the following sequence is correct: When lights are dipped or full on, all amber switches and dials are illuminated, ignition only makes the functioning of each switch active. If this is the case, the only thing not illuminating is the light switch itself - which from memory should be on at some point - the question is when? As ever, any answers greatly appreciated. sjmmarsh
The light switch should be illuminated when the lights are on (sidelights, dipped or main). Steve
Stationary M25 Traveller
The wiper switch will be illuminated with the ignition on. Will check which others shortly. Edited to change it to 'ignition on' Sorry - got sidetracked earlier. Will look in garage and finish what I meant to say ... Leadership Team Garry7 Posted December 23, 2012 Leadership Team Share Posted December 23, 2012 All switches up to, and including the fan switch should light up when the lights are switched on, the rest will remain dark.
