How to replace flasher unit?

I have replaced my indicators with LED versions and now need to fit eitherL ED resistors or replace the flasher unit.

 

Is it possible to replace the flasher unit on a seven? Where are they located? Is there one of two of them?

 

The car is a 2009 Duratec.

one plug-in flasher unit in the fuse rail. You can buy an electronic flasher unit very cheap on line. The one I was directed to had the opposite polarity, so I just had to swap over the supply wires +/- going into the back of the connector block. You can unscrew the block from the bulkhead and access the wires if this is necessary. There is a plastic release tag beside each cable connector inside the block.

Thanks. Will it work if I have LED at the front and standard bulbs at the back?

Don't know ? I have an electronic one with normal filament bulbs

I bought the flasher unit from Seven Speed and this one works with Led's at the front and standard lights at the back....
