Was telling Dom & Tina ony yesterday about how Headcorn is a lovely little place to visit in your Seven on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

It's a lovely place Chris when the field is open to park on beside the runway, not so lovely when it isn't. Because of all this wet weather they don't want it getting carved up by cars so there was only parking in the car park which was very full & had some huge puddles.

Stephen & I did find somewhere to park but it's much more pleasant when you have the whole field to choose from. A couple of weeks ago 5 triumph stags rumbled out onto the field, obviously out for a blat. Friendly bunch, we had a chat & then I overtook three of them on the straight run back to Sutton Valence

There is often a nice bit of crumpet serving teas in the cafe. 🥰

Just had a look in the Oxford dictionary...crumpet..apart from the toasted variety their definition is..."an offensive way of referring to people who are sexually attractive, usually women. 😳

Perhaps I should have just said ding dong.
