See link, http://andywiltshire.com/web%20site%20tank%20page.htm I considered buying a larger capacity tank from him for my carb to TB conversion, but then found a standard injection tank complete with pump at a good price so didn't. Is your friend looking for something larger than a standard Caterham tank, or would a Caterham tank be larger than what he currently has?
