CJS
I have acquired some 'nearly new' Titan roller throttle bodies for my imminent Duratec rebuild. No fitting instructions though. Is anyone in possession of their own set and able to blatmail a scanned version to me please? I'd be very happy to make a donation to NTL in return. k80rum
Hi Chris, I'd imagine the setup procedure's the same regardless of engine type, in which case there are some instructions on the Customer Support page at Minister Power Hope that helps, Darren Darren E K80 RUM Website and Emerald maps library

simonpa
There's not much to installation/setup. Make sure you have the supports in place and are not stressing the mounting flange (it can crack). A new inlet manifold gasket is a good idea to stop any inlet leaks. Don't forget to cut away any excess material if the holes are smaller than the head/TB ports. Port matching is a good idea to release a couple more horses - check dvapower.com for info on this. After that, the main work is to make sure they are balanced, otherwise things can run pretty rough on idle and part-throttle opening. Balancing is covered on the Minister site.
