MRT
Some advice please: 1.8 K series SLR300. Original plugs: NGK BCP7ES. These are not readily available. are BCPR7ES a reasonable substitute?
Roadsport06
BCPR7ES are the ones I have and that many in the club use. Dirt cheap too. The R is a resistance plug to reduce interference with things like radio, mobile phone and ECU, so better for a more modern engine. Roadsport06
I use a gap of 0.8mm, and I too got them from Sparkplugs. You might as well order in a few sets as it cuts down on P+P when reordering. BRG and Yellow nose now with added brooklands
Roadsport06
Just to add, if you are using a torque wrench then set it to 25Nm. BRG and Yellow nose now with added brooklands
