Raceline sump has finally arrived, but what's four weeks amongst friends.

 

Having scraped all the black sealant off, what's the best way to get it ultra-clean prior to new sump being fitted?

 

There's no instructions on the packaging for the new ford sealant, so does it need to cure prior to fitting or does it go off quickly?

 

How long before I can fill it with oil again?

 

What torque setting does the sump require or is as tight as possible?
