'35 onwards had four speeders with no synchro on first and it's even got a reverse!

 

Some of these specials have a remote gear change linkage which can be a bit awkward...despite the gear stick on this being fairly long it is just angled backwards from the selector and, surprisingly, it changes with a nice light 'pull up and and push down' action.

 

It's crisp and clear out there: methinks I'll don the white Corker helmet, gauntlets and goggles and go and get 'rorty' for a bit ... a dash of castor oil in the fuel mix smells pretty good on a morning like this.

 

(Trying to stay chipper despite the inevitable *rolleyes*)
