akakubi Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 I plan to istall an airhorn at some point (yeah, I know it add weight and useless, but I always dreamt of having the horn sound like the older days Lambo's (CANNOBALLRUN anyone? 😬) ). Nifty Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 I've got one fitted with the horns bolted down on the steering rack clamps and the compressor bolted to the underside of the steering rack cross member. It works fine, though the horns have to be angled from straight ahead because they are too long to fit behind the radiator. It makes the right noise at the right level when required ... which the old diaphragm ones did not do! Keep off the straight and narrow 😬 Edited by - Nifty on 2 May 2008 10:19:11 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
