Wind Deflector Kit

Alex gave me his deflectors and they didn't work, But having said that if you use a heat gun and bend the bottom of them back which helps them to stick out more will make a blat on a hot summers day bearable without side screens, you need to bend them so that they have a 45 degree angle to the window and that means the bend in the deflectors needs to be about 90 degrees.

Once you have got the bend you will need to put some rubber edge trim on the botton to stop them rubbing you paint work.

I have not worked out what I am goint to do about mirrors for them yet.

I bought a pair last summer, specially for those balmy evenings. IMHO, they work better than nothing, but at anything over 60-ish, you're likely to lose your hat/teeth/toupee (delete as necessary). Probably not my best investment....

The two drivers in my local area who do over 6000 miles a year both have them and both say that they raise the speed at which things become objectionable by 15/20 mph. They both say they would buy them again.
