Hmm - the 'Canon Outlet' used to have some very-suspicious bidding patterns. Before fleabay cloaked the ID of higher-value bidders, you'd see the same names bidding the price up - time and time again.

 

Checking through some of their auctions, it appeared that these bidders would bid for just about anything - and never win a single item. Typically, you'd see someone having bid for a potty little point-and-shoot camera - and also pushing the price of a pro-DSLR up the ladder. I gave up waiting for a 'bargain' and went elsewhere.

 

Potential sharp-practise aside, they would otherwise be a good source of reasonably-priced kit. Ho-hum.
