dreamer_uk75
Just took the 7 out for a quick road test (track evening at Brands tomorrow) and the oil pressure seemed a bit high. Any clues what might be causing that, is it a cause for concern? Needle was fluctuating but was heading off the top of the dial... seemed to come down a bit as the car warmed up but haven't noticed it that high before. shn7
Does it seem to be running ok? If so most likely the sender has had enough. Take the chance to swap to a mechanical set up and not worry about it in the future. Steve. dreamer_uk75
Thanks guys Seemed ok; a bit spluttery when I started it, but I put that down to damp (had been washing it and water got in the engine bay). Was loathe to push it too hard due to the perceived pressure. So if I change to a mechanical setup what does that entail?
shn7
Do a search in TechTalk for parts list and contact details for Think Automotive. Sorry not got time to detail more at the mo. Steve. Sussex (West) AO Not forgetting Percy the Polar Bear
