Stuart Faulds
Has anyone tried Nexen N 2000's? They're available in 13" and a fraction (1/4 to be specific) of the price of a CR500 or ACB10, so sound ideal for a Caterham. Any thoughts? Johnty Lyons
Listen carefully and I'll tell you a story. Once upon a time a certain yong man failed to swerve in time to avoid a half brick thrown up from the back of a lorry in very very wet weather and as a result he wrecked one of his nice Yokahamas on the rear of his 1.4 TDI polo Since a new Yoko couldn't be got quickly he decided to fit a cheap tyre to tide him over and the tire shop supplied a Nexen well the next week or two where great fun The Nexen was fitted to the offside rear of the car. the fronts and the nearside rear where good Yokos. Well entering roundabouts was fun sideways on the entrance a good grip as you went round and sideways again as you exited. driving down a twisty rod was oalso fun Right handers at full tilt left handers with tail full out. So be warned NOT for a Se7en 😬
