Little Bob
The brass locating pins on my doors are loose and constantly work their way down the hinge on the windscreen stantion - does that make any sense? I keep pushing then back in place but I fear I will lose one soon if I don't fix them in place. Any recommendations as to what I should use, is it as simple as superglue? alextangent
Locktite worked for me; they're still removable with some effort, but they don't slide down anymore. Alex McDonald A loud 1700 SS

Nigel Riches
My elderly Caterham of 1982 vintage had a saw cut in the upper end of the pin, which was then simply "bent" sligthly in line with the cut, thus splaying the end and stopping it from sliding down the plastic hinge component, crude but effective, in the best of Colins traditions. 1982. 5 speed, clamshells.
