Tight fart Posted February 10, 2002 Share Posted February 10, 2002 just swaping my old rad for a ali one, and the inlet /ex on the ali rad are smaller than on the steel. Is this the norm? can it be packed out with ptfe or anything else? Its only about 2mm in diameter diferent but i think this is to much to take up with the jubilee clips. John Hughes Posted February 11, 2002 Share Posted February 11, 2002 I tried self-amalgamating tape however once hot and well "booted" it wasn't long before it de-self-amalgamated (approx 2 weeks) Great fountain as I arrived at the local area meet.
