For the OE pulley you can use these with a short breaker bar or tube down thro the chassis so it jams against the floor
Then once cracked off pop the pins etc in before removal
Remember to use a new crank bolt, OE Ford one are cheaper from CC
New crank sprocket friction washers are also essential replacement components.
and for the cams too,
ISTR these too are cheaper if bought for CC rather than Ford
