  1. BRG / yellow stripe on M26 ~5pm complete with Pinarello road bike strapped to roll bar. Roads not very nice - a lot of spray and standing water coming from Ashford...we were coming back from Bruges in tin top.
  2. Well they have plenty of photos on their site from the 24th here - even thought I might get one myself. What was the problem with yours? Hope you get it sorted.

  4. Can't help except to say I had/have the same problem. Have adjusted as far as possible and it still red lights at around 6k; doesn't seem to matter what the other jumper setting is. I remember seeing some documentation syaing it should go through to over 10k?? Have ended up putting black tape over it on track days! Terry

Rich, I'm on the 12:01 on Wednesday too - I'll look out for you. Terry (Viper Blue VVC, P938 TGY)
  6. Ok - thanks for the replies, pretty conclusive re GS. I'll stick with standard for now and look maybe at Pagids or 1177 (f)/1144 ® when fronts next need replacing.
  7. Am running standard brakes front and rear, and upgraded front pads to 1144s last year. Rears now need replacing - is it best to stick with standard rears with the 1144 fronts or, as has been suggested to me, would it be worth upgrading the rears to Green stuff? Any advice / experience of this combination? Is doing this likely to be overbraked at the rear?? I do a few track days each year and find that the rears get very hot and the pedal gets quite soft.
  8. Had mine fitted before Oulton last week. On right handers seemed to be fine, on the two left handers (Cascades and Island?) pressure was dropping to 2 bar. Not sure that it is worse than before, - have only driven two track days before, but the pressure was dropping without the baffle at Surtees (LH) on the Brands GP circuit last September. However, it doesn't seem to have improved things much either...
  9. There were some on a car in the Blue session on Wednesday at Cadwell - Alex I think?
  10. I'm with Tiscali on their £15.99 1MB package, with a 2GB monthly cap. The connection has been reliable, but the free USB modems supplied with Tiscali (and most of the other providers) can cause problems with XP. I've bought separate Netgear ADSL modems and routers for both myself and parents - seems to have solved the problem and you get a reasonably robust firewall included with these.
  11. Yep - M5 x 20 did the trick. Thanks.
  12. No, not the usual starter motor problems this time; both screws attaching the solenoid to the starter body came out somewhere on this morning's blat from Caterham and the solenoid is now hanging loose (thanks guys for the push start after breakfast). Anyone know what size these screws are (Magneton type) or where to get replacements
