Hi Bazza, To be honest, I don't really want to see it go but having searched for a couple of years for the right property to expand my business into, I've just agreed terms for my ideal place. I intend to fund the move and refit completely myself so no bank loans for me. It's gonna be a sad day when I'm 7'less after just under 20 years of ownership!!!!
