Got car back from work done on it but one stainless steel valve cap (16" HPC wheel) missing. Caterham are looking for it. Does anyone happen to have one or know where I can get hold of one. This must be smallest 'technical' query in history! Cheers

Bit of a long shot here. Have had brake bias valve fitted by Caterham. They fitted it to left side of tunnel next to gear stick so easily acsessible for driver. Only problem is it is right where passengers right knee rests. I am looking to have neat pad fixed over it to protect passengers knee as I may not be too popular if hit any bumps. Has onyone else gone down this line? Cheers

Does anyone know where to get stainless steel braided fuel hose for Vauxhall VX engine both between carbs and back to fuel tank plus any necessary fittings. My car had this but Caterham replaced with rubber hose for MOT as old hose leaking and they said braided hose no longer available.

I have a 2.0l Vauhall VX. Radiator needs replacing. What advantages does aluminium radiator offer over standard. I understand this was used on Vauhall race cars and i believe the JPE.

Does anyone know an engine tuner who could mildly tune my 2.0l Vauxhall carb engine. I want to retain the torquey characteristics and do not have that much to spend. I was thinking of about 190bhp for around £1000. Any ideas? I am based in West Yorkshire.

I have 1997 HPC with 6 spd box. I am wanting to upgrade engine at reasonable cost. Does anyone have experience of results obtained with Swindon Racing stage 1 (218BHP) upgrade. ECU has packed in and would need replacing in anycase with this upgrade. While I am at it is it worth going to 2 or 3 D mapping? What are advantages if I am still running on 45 webers? (I may go to injection in future depending on finances). Does anyone know who could undertake this work as my technical expertise leaves much to be desired!
