Caterham are thinking. ts taking a while but...............

Tried Caterham and not that much help. They argue its out of warranty. Fair enough but the quality of the part is pretty poor and really should have lasted longer. Offering a bit of discount on a new one but have a policy of not posting them so they want me to collect as well (400 miles). I'm not getting that warm fuzzy customer care feel at all !!

I have a 2 year old Super Sport with a silver anodised windscreen surround. The car has done about 4k miles and is not used in the winter' goes in the garage etc. The surround has discoloured badly and the anodising is starting to flake off. I appreciate that this is outside of the warranty period but surely you would expect better quality and durability. Any experiences similar ??

How do 15 inch rims compare with 13 inch ? (Other than being 2inches bigger)

How important, in terms of re-sale value, do you think a FSH eveidenced by owners handbook is. I tend to be quite dismissive as given the nature of the car most of them will have been serviced/maintained by the owner. Any thoughts

No master switch I'm afraid. Best try the new battery route first I think.

The car is only 3 months old so I have tried using the spare set of keys but it makes no difference. Will try a battery though. Thanks

Having problems deactivating the immobiliser in the car. Goes off eventually but can spend quite a long time fiddling around under the dash until it does. Any tips ??

I have a new Supersport with the 1.6 Sigma and wondered what oil pressure others were seeing. Mine seems to run at about 4 bar under normal driving conditions but gets quite low on tick over hovering a touch over the red. Climbs very quickly with a dab of throttle and doesnt go in the red. Car has done 400 miles.
