Hi Charlie,
Might be missing it, but where are you based?
Ross -
Polley Motorsport just sold me a set of 4 A021Rs in 185/70/13R and say they have a small stock of this and also other sizes available. Price has moved to £55 + VAT.

Whereabouts in mid-Sussex are you, please, g-f-w?

So, if I read this correctly, if they are more than a 15% improvement in performance then they fail this regulation, is that correct?
-
I'm still hoping to get 014 but won't be able to order until tomorrow earliest.
Am also pondering the engraving...anyone willing to share what they are going to have inscribed?
-
Great news, Alex! We are planning the order already...can you advise what the character limit for the engraving on the back will be (assuming I've understood the pics correctly from update 3)?
Really pleased your efforts have come to something! Thanks again!

BTTT. How are we going on responses?
-
I've been inspired by the pics - just bought myself an aluminium polishing kit!
Now, to find the time to do it...
-
Thanks for the reply. Survey now completed.

I'm definitely in for C3. And if this goes ahead (and Alex doesn't mind managing the distribution of the run numbers on top of everything already done) I would like 014.
Trying to decide if I would want the other one vs missing out on not having the L7C watch. Are Christopher Ward the sole stockists or does anyone know of stockists in London (or Sevenoaks!) that would allow me to go and see the watch before making a decision.
Alex - how long until you close the survey/make a decision, or is it a matter of waiting to see how many responses come in? I haven't done the survey yet (per the above - don't have the answer to qu.3), but am definitely in for the C3.
Thanks for all your efforts so far on this. I really hope it comes to something, as does SWMBO because it makes the effort of deciding this year'is birthday present (and probably a couple of years into the future as well!) very easy for her!
So, thoughts on stockists?

I suggested a C5 in my response, but I do like the C8 pilot...should have read the chain first! Shame they already have a C7 model in their range... And yes, if there are to be numbers, I would say that we drop 3,6,9 & 12 and only have the 7!
"At this stage it appears that two designs, in different styles and price points, will be presented to the club to vote on. The winner will be selected as the club watch."
It might be difficult to do, but as a suggestion could it be that those who vote have to pay their £50 deposit and if the watch they voted for is chosen then they are already committed. Those who voted for the other have the option of a refund. That way only those prepared to put down money are casting votes that count....just a thought?
Love the idea in all its forms...watches are cool, wearing something relatively unique, supporting British firm and once again bringing club members together to achieve something that would otherwise never have been done. Nice one!

Blue no. Plate R300 RDN in Sevenoaks approx 7:30pm this evening.
-
Sevens and classics are showing one as 'coming soon'.
-
Can anyone please advise approx cost of A021s and where might be a good place to source them near Sevenoaks?
SE tyres don't seem to stock them, which is where i've previously gone.
Thanks!

HI Dominic,
I remember my Dad hiring this car for a weekend visit to my half-sister in Poole when I was about 15 or 16 - maybe a couple of years before you got it, I guess. Was a beautiful blue and set my heart on owning a Caterham - took me 10 years to get there but I have now had J889 for nearly another 10.
It was also particularly memorable for me because of the closeness of the numberplate to my name too...
Good to know it's still alive and well!

Out of interest, did this come out of 'L7 RSS' press car?

Looks like I will be 'encouraged' to use the Seven by Southeastern trains. Only 40mins down the A21 and will look to get it done in daylight hours with a Santa hat (thanks Leebert!).

Ticket for today going spare. General entry. £25 if anyone is interested please call me on 07973 406364 or 07917 164092. We will be down there from about 7:30am.

Gold with black stipe, bravely plugging along on a very soggy M25 last night.

Hello,
What price if collected, please? And do you know if the warranty transfers when sold?
Thanks,

Hello,
Just a suggestion: At the top of the page there are Four links starting with http://www.lotussevenclub.com/
When you are on the blatchat link it turns white and becomes disabled. I occasionally get myself onto a pages don't want (e.g. Search returns no results) and just want to go back to the main page - if the blatchat link was enabled this would seem to be the easiest way.
Please let me know if there's something I'm missing. And clearly this isn't a priority suggestion!
Thanks for all you do to keep this forum going.
