  1. Thanks for all your replies. I have had Emerald take a look at my maps and seemingly the settings (from the previous owner) were all over the show. They have re-mapped all three maps and the cough/splutter seems to be cured. Good news and with no components needing to be bought....whoopee! A big thank you goes to Emerald who connected to my cars ECU remotely over 200 miles away!
  2. K Series 1800 with Emerald K3 ECU with a cough/splutter when dabbing the throttle coming down in speed/changing gear, but not changing/going in speed or under full load. Told maybe the throttle sensors or coil pack, do you agree and if so are they difficult to sort or do you have any other ideas? Thanks.
  3. 2 x 6", with ET32 offset size. OK for front or back (I had them on the back of my 7 no trouble). Satin black in good condition. No dings, slight edge scrape on one only (would touch up no probs without requiring a full paint). Enquire with regards to price, thanks.

    Dash Lights

Ta, but I dont think it is supposed to be in the Stack bit itself, I was just giving this for a description to help people on here. I think they mean I should have drilled holes in the actual carbon dash with bulbs in. Maybe I should post a photo to help.

    Dash Lights

I have a 2002 K Series Supersport with a carbon fibre Stack dash. My car has passed it's MOT, but the garage say that I should have a full beam blue light and a white/clear reversing light visible and working on the dash for it to pass next time. I can not for the life of me remember if I ever had them or not when I bought the car. I have had the car some 4 years and wonder why I am only being told this now on its 3rd MOT with the same garage. Is this correct and should I have them or were they never there in the first place. Can anyone give me any pointers please? Thanks in advance.
  6. Thanks. My engine is a well modified 1.6K Series with QEDs throttle bodies and carbon trumpets. I’m not sure of size, but will check. I’m happy to go with a sausage box filter, I just thought they were a lot more expensive, did just the same job as some basic sponge only and can be a faf fitting the frame! I also didn’t want to start cutting holes in the bonnet to accommodate, as my trumpets are rather biggish. Do you have any recommendations then? Ta.
  7. My throttle body sponge filters have finally bit the dust! Where can get some plain cheapish ones? The current ones have no branding, no frames or plastic etc., just sponge only. They are duel filters, so just two for my four trumpets and the trumpets are I believe 90mm. Would it just be Demon Tweeks or similar, but reluctant to pay over £100 for some sponge! Ta.
